In 2004 working with Rick Warren and Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California, Toni was the team leader for an 8-member pilot team whose purpose was to travel to Malawi, Africa to ascertain the country’s housing, medical, legal, educational, and economic needs in order to develop a prototype program to be used by ordinary people working together in partnership with communities they serve in order to  bring  about world  change.  This  program, now  known  internationally  as "The PEACE Plan", is being implemented in local communities and around the world.  In that spirit, Toni and her husband Tom founded Kasupe Ministries in 2008.  Recently retired from a 30-year paralegal career in real estate development, public finance, and affordable housing, Toni currently serves Kasupe full-time as its President and Chairman of the Board.  Locally, Toni has served as President of National Charity League, Canyon Chapter, and was a co-founder of and musical director for Christian Children's Theater Workshop and Children's Music Company which together provided year-round music and theater programs for over 2,000 children living in Saddleback Valley, California.
